As a Managing Director for the Eastern Pittsburgh district network office of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Craig Fiedler takes on a two-fold approach: player/coach. As a player, he spends 50% of his time managing his own personal financial services business.  As a coach, he spends the other half of his time training and developing the 16 financial representatives in his district.

Craig Fiedler's Personal Responsibilities

Craig Fiedler builds his business based upon a client-centered approach.  He creates and encourages unique financial processes for each client depending on their goals and objectives.  For his business clients, he provides access to group benefits, individual benefits to key people, as well as services for business succession. In regards to estate analysis, Craig focuses his services on high net worth individuals. In the wealth accumulation arena, Craig helps individuals maximize and preserve their assets. Craig Fiedler's Coaching Responsibilities

As Craig's personal production business grew, he eventually became a mentor for young representatives. These leadership responsibilities evolved into an opportunity for Craig to start his own office. He is now the Managing Director of the Eastern Pittsburgh district network office that oversees sixteen financial professionals. As a coach, focused on building a championship team, Craig Fiedler recruits new representatives and helps them build their own practice. He credits his strong leadership skills to his five years of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps.
